Conducted comprehensive analysis on all aspects of the proposals and formulated / implemented new methods and processes for sustainable improvement. Resulted in new understanding of customer values and doubling of pursuit win rates.
Developed new approach with standard processes, tools and definitions. Initially developed and implemented for Dell Services, following year implemented and for Dell Inc. strategic planning. Reduced annual cycle time over 50% with improved quality.
