Kevin O’Shaughnessey is an executive and consultant who achieves lasting financial results through developing leaders, solidifying strategy and goals, employing analytics, and rallying teams towards a higher purpose. Over the last 9 years, Kevin has worked exclusively in healthcare services, driving exceptional results as a business consultant and internal leader. He brings expertise in strategy, operations, finance, culture development, and analysis.

In a recent role, Kevin led all non-clinical functions of an outpatient medical services practice. He partnered with the chief medical officer to establish strategy, ensure high quality patient outcomes, and grow revenue 5x, earnings more than 5x, locations to 3 major cities, and staff to more than 100. In another role, he led a return to viability of an $800MM specialty pharmacy, helping drive record revenue, volume, and aged AR collection. The pharmacy produced 29% revenue and 15% volume growth year-over-year, while collecting $9.7MM in >120 day aged AR in a 3-month period, 140% over prior period.                                                                                                                                                                                                                      

Prior, Kevin helped lead rapid growth in two additional organizations and provided management consulting independently, as well as with IBM, George Group and Accenture. His natural style is high energy, down-to-earth, optimistic, hands-on, and analytic; and he enjoys learning colleagues' motivations to help them achieve goals. Kevin earned an MBA from Kellogg Graduate School of Management in Evanston, Illinois, and is a graduate of Leadership Denver.
