Cooper brings more than 20 years of experience in executive leadership, operational improvement, quality systems implementation and team building to improvement initiatives in complex, challenging situations. While supporting clients spanning the spectrum from underperforming to crisis, he has served in multiple roles, including advisor, CRO, President and Director of Operations where he focused on creating stakeholder alignment and driving prioritization of initiatives to create value.  He supplements client capabilities with his skills in financial analysis, process improvement, Lean and Six Sigma technical skills. Cooper’s case experience includes:

  • CRO of a composite plastics producer where he secured financing from customers, sold two divisions and drove a 95% recovery for lenders.
  • Interim COO of The Culver Studios where he orchestrated a complete operational turnaround after years of losses
  • Leader of a division-wide cycle time, manufacturing defect and working capital reduction project at a $400 million supplier of commercial avionics equipment, reducing working capital by more than $40 million and generating $6 million in annual cash flow

Previously, Mr. Crouse was an officer in a privately-held Lean Six Sigma consulting firm and served in the U.S. Navy as a ballistic missile submarine officer.
